Job Description
Job Purpose: The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Executives with sales outreach for Mustek Products and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Assistance
• Responsible for managing order processing through telephone, email, or mail.
• Verify that orders contain accurate prices, discounts, and product identifiers, then input them into the company’s computer system.
• Administrators keep sales records up to date and maintain customer information.
• Provide product line or territory sales data for sales managers to utilize in generating reports and tracking performance.
• Handle a significant volume of product orders.
• Process invoices for all sales transactions.
• Ensure prices and contracts are current.
• Report monthly sales outcomes to the sales team.
• Assist the sales team with general operations to achieve the team's goals.
• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Relay critical customer feedback internally.
• Process employee timesheets.
• Manage and respond to a high volume of emails.
Education and Experience:
• Matric
• Preferred qualification in Sales and/or Marketing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the ICT sector
Skills and Knowledge:
• Familiarity with chain stores
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office
• Fundamental understanding of budgeting, sales, and marketing concepts
• Knowledge of the ICT industry
• Strong administrative capabilities
