About the Role:
We are actively seeking a junior digital designer to become a part of our digital marketing and design team. In this position, you will be tasked with:

• Creating designs for promotional purposes including, but not limited to:
  • Brand campaign materials,
  • Social media visual assets,
  • Graphics for email campaigns,
  • Digital advertising such as banner ads and social media promotions,
  • Presentations,
  • Animated GIFs,
  • Animated videos,
  • Web design.
• You will be required to demonstrate problem-solving abilities and exhibit a self-initiated work ethic.
• It is essential to possess the maturity to manage your own time, review your work, and ensure consistency.
• You will need to perform efficiently, handling multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in User Interaction/Website Mockup Design (Adobe XD, InVision, etc.) is required.

Requirements/Must-Have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in design.
• Two to three years of demonstrated experience in a studio or agency focusing specifically on digital design.
• A grasp of storytelling through visuals.
• Knowledge of animation and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with website design principles.
• Awareness of web best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, some JavaScript, and Mailchimp.
• Competence in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, PDF, and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in using PCs or Macs.
