Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Instruction Manual / Technical Writer to become a part of our Arts team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating clear, precise, and engaging user instruction manuals for various brands and product categories. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, a keen design sense, and the skill to simplify complex technical information into content that is easily digestible for end users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft clear, concise, and thorough user instruction manuals for a range of products.
• Simplify intricate technical concepts into accessible documentation.
• Modify writing style and tone to align with diverse audiences and varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ensure that all manuals adhere to pertinent industry standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and marketing departments to ensure technical correctness and uniformity.
• Create and/or cooperate on visual components such as diagrams and illustrations to enhance understanding.
• Engage in product testing and user feedback sessions to guarantee the usability and precision of documentation.
• Consistently update manuals to incorporate product enhancements or modifications.
• Manage document version control and effectively oversee timelines to meet production deadlines.

Key Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Instruction Manual Writer.
• Demonstrated capability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging technical documentation.
• Strong comprehension of audience requirements and principles of information design.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English language—both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities across various departments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technical drawing will be regarded as a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
